From Your Drawing To A Finished Part
1. Send Us The Drawing
Email a CAD file, a dimensioned PDF, a sketch with key dimensions, or a sample of the part you want reproduced. Tell us the material (or the operating conditions so we can recommend one), the quantity, and any surface or edge requirements.
2. DFM Review
We check your design for manufacturability — can we hold those tolerances in that glass? Will the hole pattern survive tempering? Is the wall section strong enough for the pressure? If anything needs adjusting, we tell you before we quote, not after you've paid.
3. Quote
You get a price, a process route, the tolerances we'll hold, and a lead time. No hidden extras — the quote covers the finished part, not a raw blank you still have to process.
4. First Article
For production runs we make a first article and measure it against your drawing. You approve it, we lock the setup and run the batch.
5. Production And Inspection
Every part is measured and inspected before it ships — dimensions, surface quality, edge condition, and any coatings or treatments. We pack for safe delivery and include the inspection data if your quality system asks for it.
