Our packing team works closely with production and inspection departments to make sure each glass product is cleaned, protected, labelled, and packed according to its size, shape, thickness, surface finish, and shipping method.
We are committed to providing safe and reliable packing for custom special glass products, including borosilicate glass, quartz glass, ceramic glass, sight glass, display glass, coated glass, printed glass, and precision processed glass components.
Before packing, each order is checked according to the product drawing, quantity, surface requirement, and customer packing instructions. Glass parts are separated with paper, foam, cork pads, or protective film to reduce scratches, edge damage, and contact marks during transport.
For export shipments, we use reinforced cartons, foam protection, corner guards, wooden crates, pallets, and moisture-resistant packaging when required. Fragile, polished, coated, drilled, or irregular-shaped glass parts can be packed individually to improve protection during handling and long-distance shipping.
