Specialglass is a China-based manufacturer focused on custom special glass materials and processed glass components for industrial, optical, electronic, lighting, medical, laboratory, architectural, appliance, solar, and high-temperature applications.

We work with borosilicate glass, quartz glass, glass ceramic, alumino-silicate glass, low-iron glass, tempered glass, coated glass, and other technical glass materials. From material selection and drawing review to cutting, edging, drilling, CNC processing, tempering, silk-screen printing, coating, inspection, and packing, we help customers turn drawings into finished glass parts ready for assembly.

Specialglass reviews each custom glass project before production, including material, working temperature, chemical exposure, dimensions, edge finish, surface requirements, quantity, and packaging. This helps reduce production risk and ensure the finished parts match the application.

To support precision glass fabrication, we are equipped with a 45-meter-long tempering furnace, Intermac CNC work center, Intermac cutting table, double edge grinding machines, waterjet cutting equipment, and PVB/EVA laminating lines. We also operate an acid etching line and two silkscreen printing lines to meet customers’ different processing, surface treatment, and assembly requirements.
