Your Reliable Partner For Custom Special Glass In China

Silk Screen Printing Glass Services

We provide ceramic frit silk screen printing for custom tempered glass panels, including black borders, logos, icons, control symbols, patterns, dot gradients, display masks, and functional printed areas. Ceramic frit is printed onto the glass before tempering, then fired and fused to the surface during the heat treatment process.

Ceramic Frit And Low-Temperature Glass Printing

High-temperature ceramic frit printing is the standard choice for durable tempered glass panels. Ceramic enamel is screen printed onto the prepared glass surface before tempering, dried, and then fired during the tempering or heat-strengthening process, typically around 600–700 °C depending on the glass type, ink system, and furnace profile. During this process, the ceramic frit fuses to the glass surface and forms a permanent ceramic layer with strong adhesion, good abrasion resistance, weather resistance, and chemical cleaning resistance.

This process is suitable for appliance glass, display cover glass, architectural panels, control panels, black border glass, printed tempered glass, and other parts that require long-term durability, heat resistance, or repeated cleaning.

Low-temperature printing is applied after tempering, using organic or low-temperature curing inks. It allows printing on already-tempered glass and supports more flexible colour and process arrangements, but its durability is lower than fired ceramic frit. It is mainly used for indoor decorative glass, short-term marking, or applications where colour flexibility is more important than surface hardness and long-term wear resistance.

What We Print

Black Borders And Blackout Areas

We print perimeter borders, hidden adhesive bands, display masks, sensor windows, blackout areas, and full opaque coverage for cover glass, appliance panels, control panels, and device glass.

Logos And Branding

We print company logos, product marks, warning labels, certification marks, nameplates, and custom graphics based on customer artwork, drawings, or sample panels.

Icons And Functional Marks

Touch icons, button symbols, scale marks, indicator legends, warning symbols, and control panel graphics can be registered to drilled holes, cut-outs, display windows, and touch zones.

Patterns And Dot Gradients

We print dot patterns, line patterns, repeated textures, privacy patterns, decorative graphics, and halftone gradient effects for appliance, display, solar control, and architectural glass applications.

Process And Equipment

Artwork is converted to a stencil screen; mesh count is matched to detail level and ink viscosity. Ceramic frit ink is squeegeed onto the glass surface, passed through a drying oven, then fired and tempered in a single cycle. Multi-colour and fine-detail work is built up in registered passes before firing. Registration references glass edges, drilled holes, and cut-out positions throughout.

Equipment on site: automatic flat glass silk screen printing machines, semi-automatic precision printing machines, screenmaking equipment, drying ovens, and ultrasonic cleaning systems.
