We provide ceramic frit silk screen printing on glass — logos, black borders, patterns, gradients, and control symbols — fired permanently into the surface during tempering. Because the ceramic frit ink fuses into the glass face at 600–700 °C, the print becomes part of the glass: scratch-, UV-, chemical-, and weather-resistant in a way no surface coating or paint can match.

Our workshop is equipped with automatic flat glass silk screen printing machines, semi-automatic precision silk screen printing machines, screenmaking equipment, drying ovens, ultrasonic cleaning systems, and hightemperature firing/ tempering support. We support both prototype samples and batch production for display glass, appliance panels, lighting glass, automotive glass, architectural glass, and industrial glass components.

Ceramic Frit Printing Process

A stencil screen is made from the artwork; mesh count is matched to detail and ink viscosity; ceramic frit ink is squeegeed onto the glass; the print is dried, then fired/tempered to fuse. Each colour is a separate screen and pass, so multi-colour and fine-detail graphics are built up in registered layers — single or multiple hits — before the single firing. Print registration is held tight enough to align printed apertures with drilled holes and touch zones.
