Glass Shaping and Custom Forming Services

We provide glass shaping and custom forming, including irregular and circular flat profiles, curved glass, arched glass, and three-dimensional bent geometries.

Shape Capability

We provide glass shaping and custom forming — irregular and circular flat profiles, plus curved, arched, and three-dimensional bent geometries — with bending held to a minimum radius of R ≥ 150 mm and arch dimensions up to 3000 mm high and 22 000 mm long. Forming glass means making a brittle, planar material hold a geometry it does not naturally take, so the limits are physical: a curved panel can only be bent so tightly before the outer fibre exceeds what the glass tolerates.

Flat Shaping and 3D Forming

  • Flat Shaping (In-Plane) – irregular outlines, circles, ovals, rings, and slotted profiles cut on CNC and waterjet.
  • Curved (Bent) Tempering – glass heated to its softening point and bent over precision moulds or rollers, then quenched into a curved, pre-stressed panel that combines tempered strength with custom curvature.
  • Curved Lamination – bent panels laminated into curved safety and structural glass.

Shape Capability

We produce single curves, semi-circular sections, J/V/L/U bends, and double-S and multi-curve geometries; reverse-curved tempered panels are produced at sizes up to 3660 × 10 000 mm. Curvature is defined by the mould, so consistent radius and developed length depend on tooling matched to the job.
