Whether you need a single straight-cut panel, an intricate irregular profile, a true circle, or oversized architectural glass, our cutting lines deliver clean, dimensionally accurate cuts that carry through every downstream process — edging, drilling, tempering, and lamination.

High-Precision Cutting to Any Size and Shape

Cut accuracy is the foundation of the whole fabrication chain, because every later operation inherits the geometry set here. Our lines hold a dimensional tolerance of ±0.2 mm as standard and cover the full size spectrum — from ultra-thin device cover glass at 0.5–1.0 mm up to large architectural panels of 3300 × 6000 mm. Custom rectangular sizes, irregular and shaped outlines, circles, ovals, rings, and slotted profiles are all produced to drawing.

Cutting Methods and Equipment

We match the cutting method to thickness, internal radius, and edge requirement:

  • CNC Score-and-Break – the primary method for straight rectangular and shaped cuts, with score-wheel pressure tuned to glass thickness for chip-free edges; suited to high-volume float, low-iron, and coated stock.
  • Waterjet Cutting – cold cutting with no heat-affected zone for intricate contours, interior cut-outs, glass rings, and tight internal radii that a score wheel cannot reach.
  • Diamond Sawing – for thick sections and laminated stacks, cutting squares and rectangles with controlled edge quality.
  • Small-Format / OEM Cutting – ultra-thin cover glass and device windows cut to OEM patterns with the registration accuracy required for later screen printing and hole alignment.
